I developed a strategy built around the strength, resilience, and creativity of Kosovo’s women, turning SHE into more than a wine brand—a platform supporting women’s rights, female artists, and cultural initiatives.
From creative campaigns and events to photography, digital communication, partnerships, and selling strategies developed with the distribution team, I shaped SHE’s presence to become more recognizable, relevant, and meaningful.

SHE was created to express the unique terroir of Suhareka, Kosovo—but when I joined as Brand Manager and Creative Director, I saw an opportunity to give the brand a deeper purpose.

SHE for SHE
Celebrating women, amplifying their voices, and turning recognition into action.
SHE for SHE was created to celebrate and honor the women and girl activists who dedicate their voices and work to advancing women’s rights in Kosovo.
Every year, we gifted thousands of bottles of SHE wine to women who empowered others, challenged the status quo, and raised their voices throughout the year. The initiative became both a recognition platform and a powerful organic communication campaign, with recipients sharing their SHE experience and amplifying the brand within their own communities.
The project also extended into purpose-driven events, where wine, culture, and solidarity came together. Through selected events, wine sales were dedicated to supporting the oncology department and women affected by breast cancer, turning the celebration into meaningful action.
